Taymor Industries Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding the personal information in our custody or control. This Privacy Policy tells you how we collect, use, store, transfer and disclose your personal information when you visit our Website or Taymor mobile applications (“Apps”), or “Services.”
This Policy does not apply to any personal information we collect for employment or recruitment purposes.
By using our Services after you have been informed of this Policy, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
Personal information means any information that is about an identifiable individual (which means any information that can identify an individual directly or in combination with other information).
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you make a purchase or create an account on our Website, we may ask you for the following personal information to complete your request: first name, last name, telephone number, mailing address and email address. Also, if you place an order over the phone, our customer service team may also ask for your credit card information to fulfill your order and make notes associated with your order.
We may also ask you for your name and email address to create your Website account profile for our My Projects service. The My Projects feature allows you to add products to a project list in your account.
Our collection of personal information is limited to that which is reasonably necessary under the circumstances, and we only collect your personal information with your consent, which may be express or implied under the circumstances, unless otherwise permissible or required by law.

If you use our Taymor Protect app, and only with your prior consent, we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
Geolocation Information - We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access - We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s bluetooth, camera, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Push Notifications - We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL MESSAGE
Where applicable, we will seek your express consent to contact you, including by way of commercial electronic messages (email or text message).

For example, we may contact you to provide communications you have consented to receive, regarding the products or services we provide to you, or if you contact us with an inquiry.
TRANSFERS & DISCLOSURES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will not disclose personal information to any external organization without your consent unless we are required or permitted to do so by law, including in the event of a corporate amalgamation, reorganization, change of control or sale.
We may also share personal information with contractors, service providers, third-party processors and other parties we use to deliver the Services. These providers assist us with information technology, data hosting, marketing, and transportation and shipping providers handling products you order from us.
Your personal information may be stored, processed or otherwise used by us, our affiliates or our service providers, both inside and outside Canada/Quebec. As a result, that country's courts, governments or law enforcement agencies could obtain disclosure of your information in accordance with that foreign jurisdiction's laws. Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, they will be required by contractual and other means to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.

SECURITY & RETENTION
We take all reasonable steps to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal information. We protect the personal information within our custody or control with appropriate organizational, technological and physical safeguards.

We conduct audits and monitor compliance with our privacy practices.
We only retain personal information for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. When we no longer are required to retain the information, we will destroy, erase, or de-identify the information. MINORS
It is our intention to comply with all applicable laws regarding children’s privacy and advertisements that target them. We will not knowingly collect personal information about minors under 14 years of age without the verified consent of the parent/legal guardian.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new products and services, as we improve our current offerings, and as technologies change. If we make a change to this Privacy Policy this will be reflected in the above “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to check back periodically to see if we have made any changes. If we make any material or substantive changes in this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting a clear and conspicuous notice of these changes on the Website and in this Privacy Policy.

YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to the limits and provisions of applicable laws, you have the right to:

We undertake to respond to any such request within a reasonable period of time, and to the extent possible, within a maximum of thirty (30) days, as set out in the applicable laws. We must, however, first verify the identity of the person making such a request.
We will ensure that your personal information is as accurate, complete and up-to-date as possible for the purposes for which it is used. However, it is your responsibility to advise us of changes to your personal information, such as your contact information.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
In addition to the rights above, under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine the Light” law, users who are California residents may request and obtain from us, free of charge, a list of any personal data and a description of the categories of personal data we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and the names and addresses of those third parties. At our option, we may respond to such requests by providing instructions about how our users can exercise their options to prevent our disclosure of personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
