Bathware Limited Warranty

Taymor Bathware is warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from finish and workmanship defects for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. Taymor Industries will replace any Taymor Bathware which fails to meet this warranty.

A finish deterioration occurring from the use of paints, solvents, cleaners, or other chemicals is not a defect and therefore is not covered by this warranty. Taymor Industries is not liable for incidental or consequential damages nor damages caused by incorrect installation.

Labor charges or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, as well as any other kind of loss or damages are excluded. This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial & business usage. These goods are warranted against defects in manufacturing. Taymor Industries is not responsible for user-caused damage or damage incurred in installation. This warranty is void if the goods have been subjected to misapplication or abuse.

To claim: Return the product, with proof of purchase information, to the Taymor dealer from which the product was purchased.
